Romanian Centre for Russian Studies is a group of researchers formed within the project Interdisciplinary Research on Russia’s Geopolitics in the Black Sea and the Arctic Ocean at the Research Institute of the University of Bucharest, Romania.

Our overall aim is to study Russia’s geopolitics in Eastern Europe, especially in the Black Sea region, within the context of the increasing aggression on behalf of this state in the last years, on multiple levels: political, economic, social media, military, etc. and to realize a set of specialized studies, which would help with the understanding and knowledge of this subject.
